My teachings have blossomed through personal self enquiry and an insatiable appetite for exploration into the human experience. 

​

I aim to create a platform that fosters connection, physically, energetically and emotionally, so my students can navigate their personal journey with a greater sense of ease and live a life in alignment with their truest self. 

​

Each practice is carefully considered, with delicate balance of steadiness and softness. Using the body and breath as a catalyst to cultivate awareness.

​

In the studio I enjoy leading my students through creative, intelligent, dynamic flows. I encourage you to exercise your own agency by giving cues to modify and opportunities to advance.

 

On the gentler side, I adore holding space for nurturing restorative practices that are woven with insightful wisdom from traditional teachings, supported by modern science.

 

All classes are curated with music to accompany the specific mood and feel of the practice, perhaps even paired with the soothing sound of bowls, harmonium or vocal mantra to drop you into a deep meditative state.

Certifications 

I have been a student of yoga since 2006 and dived into my first training in 2014. I have been teaching for almost a decade, traveling globally to both learn and share the practice of yoga.

Corporate 

Yoga and meditation in your workplace for stress relief and well-being. All classes are customised to suit your collective needs. These classes can be held online or in the office. 

 

Private 

Private yoga sessions are for individuals, couples or groups. These can be held online, at your home, outside in nature, or at an alternative location. All classes are mindfully catered to suit you.
