This Reiki Energy Alignment session will guide you into a state of deep rest and relaxation.
I use a combination of hands-on and off placements along the body with a focus on the seven main energy centres (Chakras), in-conjunction with powerful Reiki Symbols to transmit life force energy to you. The healing work is enhanced by live vibration sound (such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes and bells), breath work, crystals, essential oils and guided meditation. My intention is to brining your mind, body and sprit into a state of harmonious balance- Leaving you feeling refreshed and completely revitalised.

Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing therapy that works to harmonise your energetic field.
Life force energy is administered through the practitioner by hand placements and the use of sacred symbols. It is applied through non-invasive and non- manipulative touch.

Receiving Reiki aims to aid healing and bring relaxation to the entire being- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.

Distance Reiki Alignment
In a distance Reiki session the healing and harmonising energy is sent using the sacred distance Reiki symbol- Reiki is universal cosmic energy and is therefore not bound by time and space. We connect first on Zoom. I then will guide you through a gentle breath work session and a visualisation meditation. Once you are relaxed I start to send Reiki to you working through the Chakra system. You will emerge feeling calm and grounded. Distance reiki is perfect for anyone seeking inner peace and clarity. If you prefer not to do a session via Zoom but would still like to receive Reiki without physical presence, a session can also be facilitated using a photograph.
